At KitchenAccessories.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and any included manuals.

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Products that have been used or altered.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our customer support.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using an appropriate method based on your original payment method and the circumstances of the return.

Any applicable shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item or another available product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by KitchenAccessories.pk, we will arrange or cover the return shipping as applicable.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
